Another day in Brazil

Hello!
I am doing good here in Grajau, it is a large city..I will send pictures soon. I tried a new dessert called candica. It is like a sweet soup, and very good! I will try to get the recipe so I can make it for you. It was sure hard to leave Petropolis but I know that it is just part of being on a mission!
